This week DORF gallery is organizing an online benefit show, 100% of sales of which will go directly to the Austin Justice Coalition, Racial Justice Group that educates and builds community power for people of color who live in Austin, Texas. Auction details here

Visualizing the Visceral: a conversation between composer/vocalist Bora Yoon and me. This dialogue was curated by SXSW to be presented as a panel on Experiential Storytelling. Unfortunately, SXSW was cancelled due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic. However, American Composers Forum were able to offer it as part of their Resonance Series.

AWARDS:
I am thrilled and honored to be awarded Fulbright fellowship for creating work inspired by and dedicated to the legacy of Viennese-born painter Friedl Dicker-Brandeis, who was murdered at Auschwitz in 1944 along with 550 of her students. I will be spending next summer in Vienna, Austria, working on this project.

I am also happy to have been awarded Yaddo Fellowship for this year.

RECENT:
Never and Both was premiered at the Fusebox Festival. Originally created for Fusebox Hub, it was showcased as a part of their re-imagined virtual edition due to COVID-19.

Never and Both was also a Selected Featured video at Co-Lab Projects online


Time Specific, Six Feet With the support of the Kiosk der Demokratie in Germany, Timespecific curated online group show, reflecting on the recommendation in the US that people stay at least six feet apart
